We have been using your CARS software to
build and print our Motors and Actuators
catalog for almost a year now. In that time
we have printed two editions of the catalog
using the Post Script to PDF system from
CARS, both times it worked correctly and the
printer had no problems with our files.
Using the same data, the Omnitek team was
able to rapidly produce a CD version. Also
we can create AAIA Electronic Catalog files
for E-Catalog use directly from the office.
One area that has worked better than
expected is the problem solving abilities
and communication with the team in India,
Swatee Systems Private Ltd. As the software
was being fine tuned and customized, issues
could be e-mailed to Swatee and the next
morning the fixed files were waiting in my
e-mail. Between this rapid turnaround and
using a chat system, the communication was
open and convenient.
