Part of the original membership of National Catalog Managers Association (NCMA), he was also the past President of NCMA and served for many years as a board member of the National Catalog Managers Association.
Ashok Dudakia founded Omnitek Information system in 1987. Today, Omnitek is one of the industry's premier companies providing Custom Software Development in the areas of Database Publishing, Electronic Publishing, Web Publishing, CDROM Product Development etc., and Document Imaging, Data Entry and Data Warehousing services.

Before joining Santrio, Norm Decker held leadership positions with Commerce One and Trade Service Corporation (i2 Technologies).
While at Commerce One, Norm led the supplier services division which was responsible for establishing Commerce One's Global Supplier Network. The network (acquired by Perfect Commerce) has over 2,000 suppliers and 20,000,000 products used to help support e-Procurement and eCommerce software solutions. Norm was active in xCBL.org, helping to establish Commerce One's leading XML Product Catalog. During his tenure at Trade Service Corporation, Norm was active in the development of the electrical industry's IDW (Industry Data Warehouse) project and the formation of IDEA (Industry Data Exchange Association). Beth Rautiola is an attorney with the Orange County law firm of Brown & Streza, LLP and a member of our Business Department. A business person who happens to be an attorney, Beth is an integral part of the Omnitek team. As general counsel for Omnitek, Beth specializes in Merger and Acquisitions, and helps with our strategic alliances and partnerships.
Beth earned her Juris Doctorate degree in Sacramento, California from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1999, and received her undergraduate education at California State University, Chico.
In 2008, 2009 and 2010, Beth was named a "Southern California SuperLawyers-Rising Star" by Los Angeles Magazine - a distinction recognizing just 2.5% of attorneys under age 40 for excellence in the practice of law.

K. Ramakrishnan was formerly a Director of ALCASTE; an Aluminum Casting Company involved in Pressure die-casting, Gravity Casting & CNC machining. Ramakrishnan has a strong background in manufacturing and operations, having also worked at Tata Motors Ltd.
