The ICS (Internet Communication & Tracking System) is a robust system that aids in the management and work flow of system design, software development and deployment, job tracking and tasks. With three security levels the ICS allows the project manager or team leaders to customize and assign jobs with tasks to their production team as well as create new departments, clients and users.  Clients can also log in to view the status of their jobs as well as post messages and files that may be needed for a project.

The ICS also includes a personal messaging system and file repository for a centrally located archive of files needed for each department. Departments, jobs and tasks can all be customized and tracked. All completed tasks will be archived for easy access should the data need to be used in the future.
