ProServ

ProServ is a product designed for medium to large manufacturers. ProServ takes a hybrid approach with helping manufacturers address their daily data management needs. The reason why we are calling it a hybrid approach is because we are leveraging the convenience of a service model and integrating it with a web application interface for client interaction.

We understand data management can be very time consuming. Most of our customers would prefer to focus on tasks that would help generate sales. ProServ basically takes care of all your manual work such as data mapping, cleansing and maintaining your database while giving you the tools you need to do your work.

Features included:

• Monthly database updates: Omnitek will provide ACES & PIES Excel templates for clients to input their new data. At the end of each month, Omnitek will add the new data into the system.
• Clients will be able to view their database analytics on dashboard. The analytics included are applications data, parts data, invalids, reports and ACES & PIES database versioning.
• Product images may be uploaded with basic digital asset management to view, add and delete.
• Interchange: monthly updates will also include interchange research and integration to parts data and Applications Denso, Cardone, SMP and Wells (client will need to provide Omnitek the data or website reference to sample data).
• Database interface: ability to search for parts, applications, view data and delete/flag parts.
• Report: showing invalids, holes and overlap. Ability to view the invalids, understand the problem and provide a solution to the problem.
• Export: outputting data to ACES & PIES to different E-Cat companies’ specifications. Clients can output XML themselves and submit them to the E-Cat companies via email or Omnitek can also submit XML files on clients’ behalf.  All the data file submissions will be transferred via email or uploaded (no API).
