Janak Dudakia: President
Janak Dudakia is a results-driven professional with a solid, verifiable career track for successfully propelling start-up ventures and high growth initiatives. Known for delivering record-breaking revenue and profit gains within highly competitive regional markets, he brings his vast experience and passion for cutting edge trends and technology to Omnitek. An exceptional communicator with strong negotiating and conflict resolution skills, he is able to assess and meet his client's needs. Equally effective at identifying opportunities, developing focus and providing tactical business solutions, he has worked for a myriad of Media and Business Consulting companies, such as McKinsey and Co., Accenture, Linden Labs, Technicolor, Commerce One, and Trade Service Corporation.

Ash Dudakia: Chairman

With over 41 years in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry, Ashok Dudakia's extensive experience and industry contacts have helped make Omnitek a leader in the business. An original member of the National Catalog Managers Association (NCMA), he was also a past President of the NCMA and served for many years as a board member of the National Catalog Managers Association.

Ashok Dudakia founded Omnitek Information Systems in 1987. Today, Omnitek is one of the industry's premier companies providing custom software development in the areas of Database Publishing, Electronic Publishing, Web Publishing, CD-ROM Product Development, Document Imaging, Data Entry and Data Warehousing services. 

From this original concept, Omnitek has expanded at a controlled rate to provide services in the plumbing & electrical manufacturing industries, telecommunications industry and the commercial hardware industry.

Howard Kesten: Board Advisor 
Howard Kesten is an industry veteran, having spent the last 23 years as the owner/president of an executive search firm which specializes in the automotive industry. A noted guest speaker, he also participates as a Board member for a variety of companies. Prior to APA Search, he spent several years with Dana Corp., as well as owning/operating a chain of two-step distributors in and around New York City.

From 1987 to 2011, APA Search has interviewed more than 50,000 automotive industry executives and has placed over 2000 of them with over 100 clients. The companies that Howard and his team have worked with, ranging in size from $2 million to $60 billion, all share a commitment to hiring the most talented people. With extensive experience in working with companies of all sizes, Howard is uniquely suited to assessing and meeting the needs of the Omnitek customer. Howard spends a great deal of his time counseling his corporate clients in organizational development and providing the necessary coaching to executives who would like to accelerate their careers.

Norm Decker: Board Advisor 
Norm Decker has over 25 years experience in information management, specializing in product information services and solutions for vertical MRO markets and select retail industries. Before joining Santrio, Norm Decker held leadership positions with Commerce One and Trade Service Corporation (i2 Technologies).

Beth Rautiola: General Counsel 

Beth Rautiola is an attorney with the Orange County law firm of Brown & Streza, LLP and a member of our Business Department. A business person who happens to be an attorney, Beth is an integral part of the Omnitek team. As general counsel for Omnitek, Beth specializes in Merger and Acquisitions, and helps with our strategic alliances and partnerships.
